Osteopathic Manual Therapy
Megan has always had an interest in health and helping others, but it grew even more when she started receiving osteopathic care for her own back concerns. She fell in love with what Osteopathy was doing for her and decided she wanted to help others in need with osteopathy and enrolled at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2015. Megan has obtained her Masters Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) and is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. She practices as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in Simcoe, ON.
My Journey Begins
Mindful Body Osteopathy was founded from a deep passion for holistic, patient-centered wellness. I established this practice to focus on your well-being from my own expernce. Struggling with mild scoliosis and chronic back pain, I was amazed by how osteopathy helped me, and continues to. Inspired by my personal experience, I decided to pursue osteopathy as a way to help others facing similar challenges.
Mindful Body
The name implies a practice that encourages patients to become more aware of their bodies, sensations, and movements, promoting a deeper connection to themselves and supporting healing through conscious awareness. The focus is on balance, alignment, and self-care, blending osteopathy with a mindful, present-focused approach to health.
